With Siuntų Bitė you fill in a short order form, we call to agree the collection time, and the driver collects the box from your home or workplace. Your parcel then travels with our weekly van to Lithuania, and we deliver it to the recipient's door in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Panevėžys, Alytus or a village in between. We phone the recipient before delivery so that somebody is at home to receive it.

If the contents are worth more than €500, let us know in writing before sending with a list of the contents, so the parcel can be covered properly under our terms.
