Our parcel prices

We keep parcel prices simple so you can work out the cost before you even call us. The same prices apply from the UK to Lithuania and from Lithuania to the UK, in pounds or euros.

  • Small parcel up to 1 kg: from £30 or €30
  • Medium parcel 1 to 30 kg: from £40 or €40
  • Large parcel 30 to 35 kg: from £45 or €45
  • Central London, zone 1: plus £10 or €10
  • Freight and bulky items: from £40 or €40
  • International removals: from £90

What affects the price

The main factor is the size category of your parcel. Within each category, the final price can vary with the collection and delivery addresses, because some locations take longer to reach. Central London is a good example: traffic, parking and access make deliveries in zone 1 slower, which is why a £10 supplement applies there.

For bulky items and freight, size, weight and loading conditions matter most. A washing machine starts from £50, a fridge from £70, a set of tyres from £40 and a car engine from £70. Stairs, narrow access or the need for special equipment should be mentioned in advance.

What is included

Our price covers collection from the sender's door, transport on our weekly route and delivery to the recipient's door. We call before collection and before delivery. There are no separate charges for taking the parcel to a depot, because nobody needs to go to one. You also deal with one team the whole way, so if you have a question about your parcel, you call the people who are actually carrying it.

Carrying heavy items into a building or up stairs, and unloading that requires special equipment, are not included in the transport price and should be agreed beforehand. We would rather tell you up front than surprise you later.

The hidden costs of a cheap quote

Online price comparisons often show a low headline price for a parcel to Lithuania. Look closer and the real cost frequently grows. Many services charge by volumetric weight, so a large, light box of clothes is priced as if it were much heavier. Others charge extra for collection, for parcels over a certain size, or for delivery to rural addresses.

Then there is your time. Dropping a parcel at a shop or post office, queuing, and asking the recipient in Lithuania to collect it from a pick-up point or depot all have a cost. With door to door delivery, the price you agree is the price you pay, and nobody spends their weekend carrying boxes.

Example: a family box to Lithuania

Say you are sending a 20 kg box of clothes, books and sweets from Harrow to grandparents in a village near Šiauliai. It is a medium parcel, so the price starts from £40. We collect it from your door at an agreed time, carry it on our route and phone your grandparents before delivering it to their door. You confirm the price before collection, and that is it.

If you add a second box for an aunt in Kaunas, that is another medium parcel to a different address. If you are sending a washing machine as well, it is priced separately as freight.

The same applies in reverse. If your mother in Panevėžys sends you a 25 kg box of preserves, smoked cheese and knitted socks, it is a medium parcel from €40 or £40, collected from her door and delivered to yours in England. She does not have to carry it anywhere, and you do not have to pick it up from a depot after work.

How to save money

A few simple habits keep costs down without risking your parcel.

  • Use one well-packed medium box rather than several small ones
  • Keep large boxes under 35 kg so they stay in the large parcel band
  • Combine parcels, appliances and tyres into one collection
  • Book early before Christmas and Easter when demand peaks
