Envelopes and folders up to 1 kg travel from £30 or €30.

Both directions

Collection in England and Lithuania, delivery at the other end.

When an email attachment is not enough

Some things still need the original paper with a wet signature or a stamp. A notary in Lithuania wants the signed power of attorney. A UK employer or landlord asks for an original certificate. You are selling a car in Lithuania and the buyer needs the registration documents. Your child's school records need to reach a new school. These are the moments when a lost envelope means weeks of trouble.

Siuntų Bitė collects the envelope from your door, keeps it with our own team for the whole journey and hands it to the named recipient. No sorting offices, no mysterious tracking stops, and a real person to phone if you have a question.

Documents we usually carry

If it is a paper document and it is legal to send, we can usually carry it. Typical examples include:

  • Birth, marriage and other civil certificates
  • Signed contracts, powers of attorney and notarial papers
  • Vehicle registration and sale documents
  • Diplomas, school records and certificates of qualifications
  • Bank and property paperwork that needs an original signature

From the UK to Lithuania and back

From England, we collect in London and the other areas on our route and deliver to any address in Lithuania, from a Vilnius office to a family home in Utena. From Lithuania, we collect anywhere in the country and bring the documents to your UK address. If someone needs to sign and return the papers, we can carry them back on a later trip.

Because one team carries the envelope all the way, you always know who has it. If the recipient is away, we agree a new time by phone rather than leaving important papers in a mailbox or with a neighbour you have never met.

Packing documents safely

Use a stiff envelope or a plastic document wallet inside a padded envelope, so papers are not bent or damaged by damp. Write the recipient's name and phone number on the outside. Please do not send cash, cheques, securities or valuables with documents, as these are not accepted for transport under our parcel rules.
